Once a bet is confirmed and recorded in our database, it is final. You cannot cancel or change a bet after it has been accepted. If a bet is accepted after an event has already started due to a technical error, we reserve the right to void it. SaliPlay's transaction history is the final authority on all wagers.

7. Software Usage

The software provided on SaliPlay is for your personal use only to access our services. You do not own the software. You are strictly prohibited from modifying, decompiling, distributing, or attempting to hack the software or any part of our platform.

8. Transaction Settlement

When using credit or debit cards, the cardholder's name must exactly match the registered name on your SaliPlay account. We reserve the right to refuse transactions if names do not match. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals. Any fees, taxes, or charges related to your winnings are your sole responsibility.

9. Promotions and Bonuses

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific rules and conditions. SaliPlay reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

We strictly prohibit bonus abuse. If we suspect a user or group of users is exploiting promotions (e.g., creating multiple accounts, depositing just to withdraw bonus funds), we reserve the right to revoke the bonus, void bets, and seize the associated funds. Professional or syndicate betting is not allowed under promotional terms.

11. Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud

Any suspicious transactions or fraudulent activities will result in immediate account suspension, and all balances may be forfeited. 12. Account Suspension and Termination

SaliPlay reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently close your account and void any winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

If your account is suspended for a correctable issue, we may reinstate it once you provide the necessary verification or take required actions.

13. Force Majeure

SaliPlay shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing our services if it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, government interventions, power outages, internet failures, or third-party telecommunications issues.
